Every licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas is required to obtain at least 12 hours of continuing legal education (CLE) each year in order to maintain their license to practice law. During my 30 years of legal practice, I have participated in several continuing legal education seminars as an instructor in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. This participation involved not only the presentation of legal material to other lawyers as seminar participants but the completion of written material as well.
